Rapid Response Emergency Flood Service Inc. was founded by Andrew Grabhorn in 1997. As a property claims adjuster with one of the largest insurance carriers in the country, Andrew was amazed by the lack of quality flood restoration and mold remediation companies that were available in San Diego County. Hence, Andrew decided to leave his job and open up a water restoration company that could provide the quality service that was missing in San Diego. Our goal at Rapid Response Emergency Flood Service, Inc. is to provide the best service possible at a reasonable price.
